- If a retail or preferred customer tries our products and is not 100% satisfied, they must return any remaining unopened product(s) in resalable condition within 90 days of the purchase date for a full product refund by following the steps below.
- If a retail or preferred customer purchased wishes to only return a portion of their order, they can only return unopened items in resalable condition and will receive a partial refund by following the steps below.
Independent Sales Representatives Return Policy*
MPGXtreme also offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for unopened products in resalable condition for purchases made by Independent Sales Representatives (ISR) through the MPGXtreme corporate website.
Retail Customers, Preferred Customers, and ISRs who purchase the travel membership for the first time have 3 days from the date of activation to cancel and receive a full refund by emailing or calling Customer Service. Monthly travel membership cancellations must be received BEFORE the Autoship is scheduled to be processed. Refunds will not be given after an Autoship has processed for the month.
How to Return Product for a Full or Partial Refund
1. The return shipment must be postmarked no later than 90 days from the original purchase date for retail or preferred customers and no later than 30 days for Independent Sales Representatives (ISR).
2. The cost of shipping the returned item(s) is paid for by the customer or ISR.
- The shipping cost to return the unopened items in resalable condition AND the shipping cost in the original purchase (including any handling fees) are not included in the refund amount.
3. Please send an email to Customer Service (email@example.com) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Your return shipment must include this number, along with the order number, and why you are returning it.

- Delivery confirmation and insurance for the return shipment are not required but are advised. MPGXtreme cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected return shipments, which would prevent a refund. It is best to use a service like UPS or FedEx that offers tracking and/or insurance.
4. When your shipment arrives at our facility, your refund will be issued within five (5) business days. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
- The original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you need to contact us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for the product and send a replacement with pleasure. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service in writing. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.
In the event a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete, you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within ten (10) business days from the purchase date.
