REFUND POLICY

Xtreme Marketplace Global proudly stands behind its products and 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee! We achieve our desired goal when you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you try one of our products and are not 100% satisfied, you may return that product within 90 days of the purchase date for a full product refund. In the event, you purchased several of that same item, you may also return those unopened products for a full product refund if they are in resalable condition.

Please send an email to our Customer Service and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Your return shipment must include this number, along with the order number and why you are returning it. It should be postmarked no later than 90 days from the original purchase date.

Delivery confirmation is not required but advised as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected return shipments. It is best to use a service like UPS or FedEx that offers tracking.

When your shipment arrives at our facility, your refund will be issued within five (5) business days. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.

The original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you need to contact us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for the product and send a replacement with pleasure. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service in writing. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.

In the event a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete, you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within ten (10) business days from the purchase date.
